Museum of Autumn Leaves

There once was a museum in Kurohime, Nagano, that opened only one day a year: Museum of Autumn Leaves, which displayed paintings of autumn leaves by Kazuko Hirayama. This book, consisting of thirteen essays — each on one of the painted leaves by Kazuko — written by the organizer of the Museum, Eizo Hirayama, tells the story of the portraits of autumn leaves and of the two artists.
